This website is owned by Shark Killer srls.

We inform users interacting with the website www.sharkkiller.no that the data provided will be processed in accordance with Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of June 30, 2003, which governs the protection of personal data.

The data will be processed for the following purposes: invoicing, shipping, and sending advertising materials via email (if subscribed to the newsletter). Additionally, the data will never be shared with other companies.

You have the right, as outlined in Article 13 of the law, to access your registered data, update it, or object to its use for purposes other than those stated by us.

Failure to authorize data processing will make it impossible to purchase from our site.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer
• PayPal
• Cash on delivery

For bank transfers, as it is not an immediate payment, the order will be processed only after the payment is credited to our account.

When paying via PayPal, the amount is directly debited from the PayPal account or the credit card linked to the account. PayPal accepts all major credit cards such as Visa, Maestro, or Mastercard, as well as prepaid cards like Postepay. For more information on accepted cards or other details, please visit PayPal’s official website.

For cash on delivery payments, an additional fee of €5.90 is added to the order total.

INVOICING

To issue an invoice, it is necessary to provide, during registration:

• VAT number (if you are a professional or a company)
• Tax code (if you are a private customer without a VAT number)

SHIPPING

The shipping cost is €6.90 throughout Italy and is free for orders over €30.00 (for those purchasing with the standard price list). For users with a VAT number registered as Shark Killer Premium (discounted price list), shipping is free for orders equal to or greater than €129.00, excluding VAT.

Note: The cash on delivery fee is always applied regardless of the order total.

Shipping Information

Once the order is confirmed, the goods will be handed over to the courier, except in special cases, within 24 working hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. The purchased goods will be delivered to the address provided by the customer, who will receive a confirmation email upon shipment.

We recommend that customers, upon receiving the package, inspect it for any visible external signs of damage or compromise. If there are any such signs, the package should be accepted with a reservation clause. This is the only way we can file a claim with the courier for potential reimbursements.

Please note that Shark Killer srls is not responsible for the goods after three days from receipt by the customer. Any issues must be reported within this time frame. Additionally, Shark Killer srls is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of orders.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – ART. 64 D.LGS. N. 206 OF 06/09/2005

As provided by Legislative Decree no. 206 of 06/09/2005, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase, allowing for a refund or return of the purchased product. This right must be exercised within seven days of receiving the goods. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the product to be returned has already been used or can no longer be resold as new.

Within seven days of receiving the goods, the customer must send a withdrawal request to Shark Killer srls via email at info@sharkkiller.no, including their personal information, order/invoice number, refund method, and reason for the withdrawal. Once the request is received, we will provide the customer with the address to ship the returned goods.

The package must be properly packaged; in case of damage or loss of its contents, the cost of unsellable items will be deducted from the refund.

The customer must return the goods within 14 days of the withdrawal request. After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will process the refund via the method previously chosen by the customer.
